We perform an assessment of the client organization that includes a static view of the structure of the organization and a dynamic view of the processes within the organization. The assessment is based on our observations and interviews with various business stakeholders, decision makers, team members and other roles to get an understanding of different views on the status of the organization. We translate the compiled information into "As-Is" model using techniques and notations such as Unified Modeling Language (UML) reflecting your organization's current status. We conduct detailed analysis, workshops, brainstorming sessions, assessment.

Using the compiled information and our business domain knowledge, we identify improvement areas and develop a target or "To-Be" model for your organization that meets your organization's goals, vision, strategies, and requirements. We participate in defining requirements for the resulting system/solution set based on the "To-Be" model. We also perform a cost/benefit analysis for any suggested changes in the target organization. We discuss and support your marketing and sales organizations in regards to the end-product of the project. We develop business use case model for the target organization; document business processes. We identify who and what will interact with the business, create system context diagram that shows the high-level interaction between the business system and its business actors. We document common business vocabulary and terms to be used on the project; document the business rules to be implemented.
